Unable to connect to the website

If you are unable to connect to the website, please check first that you are able to connect to the Internet and other web sites.

If you are only having difficulty connecting to the website, you can log a support call with Customer Service on 1800 823 888 or 13 82 38

Unable to view Offer ID's in IE8

The default mode of Internet Explorer version 8 (IE8) does not support hovering your mouse over a fixed price offer to view the Offer ID. To enable this function you will need to turn on Compatibility View in the browser.

To turn on compatibility view in IE8

  1. From within IE8, navigate to the website
  2. From the Tools menu, select Compatibility View Settings.
  3. In the Compatibility View Settings screen, check that the Add this website: field shows the website address and click Add.
  4. Alternatively, to turn on this function for all websites, click the Display all websites in Compatibility View option at the bottom of the page.
  5. Click Close.
  6. Your browser page will refresh and when you point at an offer, the Offer ID will display.
